Comprehensive Food Safety for Microgreens

Is it really possible for a one-person microgreens farm to go from a drawer of seed bags to a seed record a buyer can read, before the next seed order? This guide and its toolkit are built for exactly that: nine steps from seed to plate, eight fill-in templates, and the Seed Sourcing SOP Module. Written by a PCQI who grows. $97, 30-day guarantee.

On October 7 the FDA wrote “sprouts and microgreens grown from a contaminated seed lot” into an open outbreak. The law tests every sprout batch and asks nothing of a microgreens tray. The record that answers your buyer is yours to keep.

This 66-page guide walks one small farm from seed to plate in nine steps, with the paperwork done for you: eight fill-in templates, from the SOP template to the seed and water records, plus the Seed Sourcing SOP Module, six procedures and the forms that turn a bag of seed into a lot you can trace.
