2cupsold-fashioned rolled oats (see Tip)2cupsunsweetened nondairy milk, such as almond or coconut6 teaspoons light brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Pour “milk” into a large container
Submerge the oats completely in the milk
Cover and refrigerate overnight (8 hrs)
In the morning remove the mixture from the refrigerator
Add the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix
Using a spoon, divide among four 8-ounce jars.
Add nuts, berries, or other toppings.
Serve and eat
