Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup pea microgreens
- one banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
- one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the fruit and microgreens
- Cut strawberries into halves (optional)
- Cut the banana into 4-5 pieces
- Add the cut fruit and microgreens to the blender
- Add the almond milk and yogurt
- Blend for about one minute or until smooth
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add ice for a less sweetness / cold drink.
