Healthy bites of heaven from dates and nuts. Full of cook energy balls and perfect for your evening walk.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups pitted whole dates
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup dried mango (or other dried fruit)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place dates, cashews, mango (or other fruit), and salt in a blender (or food processor)
  2. Set to smooth and finely chop
  3. Remove two tablespoons from the blender
  4. Place on plate and roll into a ball
  5. Repeat until done (about 20 balls)
  6. Ready to eat!

Notes

Roll in shredded coconut for an even tastier snack
