Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup spinach microgreens
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the microgreens
- Cut the avocado and mango into two-inch chunks (if necessary)
- Add the avocado, mango, and microgreens to the blender
- Add the almond milk
- Blend avocado, spinach microgreens, almond milk, and frozen mango until creamy.
- Add sweetener if desired and blend again.
- Serve chilled.
