Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup lentil microgreens
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the microgreens
- Peel and slice the pineapple into one-inch chunks
- Peel and cut the banana into one-inch slices
- Put the microgreens, pineapple chunks, and banana slices into the blender
- Add the coconut milk (ice optional)
- Add the water or coconut water
- Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses over ice or serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Add ice cubes for a smoother texture.
If necessary, adjust the consistency by increasing the amount of water or ice.
