Return Request Eligibility
You may request a refund on any unwanted digital product within 30 days of your original purchase date. We do not allow returns or provide refunds under any circumstances after 30 days from purchase.
Coaching and Courses
You may request a refund on any unwanted coaching services and courses within 7 days of your original purchase date. We do not allow returns or provide refunds under any circumstances after 7 days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return and refund, digital products must be unusable or fail to function properly due to defects or issues on our end, not match descriptions provided at the time of sale, or be inaccessible despite reasonable best efforts to download, access, and use as intended and described.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Personal dissatisfaction with the content.
- Accidental purchases.
Submitting Return/Refund Requests
To submit a return/refund request within 30 days of your purchase (7 days for coaching services and courses), please email our customer support team at support@microgreensworld.com. Please specify the product(s) purchased and the date of purchase and provide details on why you believe you qualify for a refund based on our policy terms.

- Submit your request within 30 days of purchase (7 days for coaching services and courses).
Our support team may request additional details and require customers to attempt reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving refund requests related to technical or functionality issues.
Return Shipping & Associated Fees
As our products sold are digital goods that are electronically delivered, there are no return shipping costs or fees on the customer end. Customers do not need to physically return anything to our offices to qualify for approved refunds.
Refund Amounts
Microgreens World provides full refunds equal to the completely paid price of the digital product returned whenever return requests are deemed eligible and approved within policy guidelines.
Upon approval, you may choose:
- Store Credit: Receive credit towards future purchases.
- Replacement: If applicable, a corrected version of the product will be provided.
Refund Processing & Delivery
If approved, refunds are delivered within 7 business days of the Microgreens World support team receiving all required information from customers. Refunds must be delivered using the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary for some payment methods.
