Instructions
Thoroughly wash the blueberries, microgreens, and chia seeds
Add the blueberries, spinach microgreens, and chia seeds into the blender
Add the lemon juice and coconut water
Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth
Pour into glasses over ice
Serve chilled (optional)
