- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup spinach microgreens
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the blueberries, microgreens, and chia seeds
- Add the blueberries, spinach microgreens, and chia seeds into the blender
- Add the lemon juice and coconut water
- Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth
- Pour into glasses over ice
- Serve chilled (optional)
