Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 1 cup spinach microgreens
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the microgreens, apples, and ginger
- Core and cut the apples into vertical slices
- Peel the ginger and cut in half or quarters
- Put the apples, microgreens, and ginger into the blender
- Add the almond milk (sweetener and/or ice optional)
- Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses over ice or serve chilled.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding a natural sweetener or ice to taste.
