Ingredients: 1 lb. carrot microgreens; 6 oz. beet microgreens; 2 oz fresh coconut juice

KIDNEY CLEANSER

When combined with coconut juice, this super juice is an intensive bodybuilder and has even more potent qualities as a cleanser of the kidneys and gall bladder. When adequately prepared, this juice combination has high concentrations of potassium, magnesium, and iron. It also contains phosphorus and sulfur.

1 lb. carrot microgreens
6 oz. beet microgreens
2 oz fresh coconut juice

Instructions

Wash the microgreens thoroughly.
If using fresh coconut, then use a chopping knife to cut off the top of the coconut.
If using dry coconut, pierce the “eye.”
Put your serving jug in place under the juicer.
Turn on your juicer and begin putting your carrot microgreens in the juicer.
Add the beet microgreens.
Juice for 1-2 minutes more.
Turn off the juicer.
Pour the coconut juice in the serving jug.
Stir the juice blend.
Pour into two 8 oz glasses and enjoy.
