Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast whole wheat bread (5 min)
  2. Slice banana into 1/4-inch round slices
  3. Spread toast with peanut butter
  4. Top with banana slices
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds on top
  6. Enjoy!
