Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butternut squash seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Rinse the seeds and pat dry with a paper towel
- Toss squash seeds, oil, and salt together on a large rimmed baking sheet
- Spread in a single layer
- Roast for 15 minutes
- Stir halfway through
- Remove when the seeds start to pop and are lightly browned
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
