Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted whole dates
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup dried mango (or other dried fruit)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place dates, cashews, mango (or other fruit), and salt in a blender (or food processor)
- Set to smooth and finely chop
- Remove two tablespoons from the blender
- Place on plate and roll into a ball
- Repeat until done (about 20 balls)
- Ready to eat!
