4ouncesstir-fried beef or boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
1cup chopped broccoli florets
3 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
3/4cup cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a medium skillet over medium-low heat
Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes (Stir)
Transfer the tofu to a plate and return the pan to the heat
