Ingredients
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup kale microgreens
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the microgreens.
- Peel and slice the kiwi fruit
- Peel and dice the pineapple
- Put the fruit and microgreens into the blender
- Add the coconut water and lime juice (ice optional)
- Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses over ice, or chilled, and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more fruit or ice if desired.
