Ingredients
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 1 cup basil microgreens
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Cut and dice the watermelon
- Thoroughly was the basil microgreens.
- Add watermelon and basil microgreens to the blender
- Add the coconut water and lime juice to smooth.
- Blend for one minute or until smooth
- Pour into glass and garnish with the fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust consistency by adding more coconut water or ice as needed.
