Ingredients
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1 cup cilantro microgreens
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the microgreens
- Peel and pit the mango. Slice into one-inch chunks
- Peel and pit the papaya. Slice into one-inch chunks
- Put the microgreens, mango, and papaya chunks into the blender
- Add the lime juice (ice optional)
- Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses over ice or serve chilled
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
Notes
Adjust consistency by adding more fruit or liquid if needed.
