Ingredients
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup carrot microgreens
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the microgreens, peach, and mango
- Cut, pit, slice the peach vertically
- Peel and pit the mango
- Slice into one-inch chunks
- Put the microgreens, peaches, and mango slices into the blender
- Add the coconut water (ice optional)
- Blend the mixture for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses over ice or serve chilled
- Garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
Adjust consistency by adding more coconut water or ice if needed
