Berry Blast Pea Shoot Smoothie

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup pea microgreens
  • one banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
  • one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the fruit and microgreens
  2. Cut strawberries into halves (optional)
  3. Cut the banana into 4-5 pieces
  4. Add the cut fruit and microgreens to the blender
  5. Add the almond milk and yogurt
  6. Blend for about one minute or until smooth
  7. Pour into glasses and serve chilled

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add ice for a less sweetness / cold drink.
