I am extremely motivated to make a positive impact in the world. I help busy individuals over 50 shed excess fat and reverse joint pain so they can move freely and vibrantly again.
I believe that many people settle for managing their weight and chronic pain when they deserve to be their active, youthful selves. It is my honor to help you realize your dream so that you can enjoy the long and active health span you deserve.
On a personal note, my wife is a busy professional with enough SkyMiles to go around the world twice. My older son is a marketing executive making more money than me. And my youngest is playing soccer in Spain.
I love cooking, Sunday morning EPL soccer, power yoga, and walking. I am a youth soccer coach as well. In my limited spare time, I donate to local homeless shelters.
