This license applies to every Variety Library product sold under Commercial Use. The copy delivered with your files names your product; the terms are identical.

This License is between Microgreens World LLC (“we,” “us,” the Licensor) and the buyer identified at purchase (“you,” the Licensee). By checking the acceptance box and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material you purchased in your microgreens business. You may:

• Print it and give physical copies to people at your stall, market table, farm shop, or delivery, whether or not they have bought from you
• Deliver it as a digital file to your own customers after they buy from you, for example inside an order confirmation, a receipt, or a members-only or account-only page a person reaches only after purchasing
• Add your own logo or business name to it, as long as the credit line “Source: Microgreens World LLC, www.microgreensworld.com” stays visible on the material

Any members-only or account-only page you use must require the customer to log in, and must be set so that search engines cannot index it.

This license does not expire as long as you follow these terms.

2. What you cannot do

You may not:

• Post the material on any public web page, blog, or anywhere the public or a search engine can reach or index it
• Offer the material as a standalone product, a paid item, a free download, a lead magnet, or an email opt-in incentive, or otherwise make the material itself the thing a person signs up for or buys
• Use the material, including by putting it into an AI tool, to create spun, rewritten, summarized, or derivative versions. This strips the disclaimer and citations and breaks the core term below
• Remove, bypass, or defeat any editing protection on the file, or recreate the material in an unprotected file
• Translate the material into another language
• Resell or sublicense the material
• Remove, hide, shrink, or alter the credit line “Source: Microgreens World LLC, www.microgreensworld.com”, or otherwise present the material as your own work
• Change, edit, remove, or reword any health language, health claims, disclaimer, or the citations and sources in the material

The health language, disclaimer, and citations must stay exactly as written. This is the core term of this license.

Printed copies are the exception. A printed copy handed to someone in person is always fine, whether or not they buy. Everything above about not distributing the material freely is about digital copies.

The simple test for digital: if a person can download or open a digital file without buying from you first, that is not allowed.

3. The disclaimer and citations travel with the material

The material already contains an educational-use disclaimer along with its citations and sources. Because Section 2 forbids altering them, they travel with the material on their own, whether or not you do anything. You must keep them intact and visible wherever the material goes.

As a backstop, you should also add your own disclaimer to anything you publish under your own name and brand, stating that the information is educational and not medical advice. You are responsible for that disclaimer on anything you publish.

4. No warranty. You are responsible for your use.

THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE MATERIAL MEETS THE LEGAL OR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR LOCATION. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE THE MATERIAL AND FOR MAKING SURE YOUR USE FOLLOWS THE LAWS THAT APPLY TO YOU, INCLUDING ANY FOOD, LABELING, ADVERTISING, OR HEALTH-CLAIM RULES IN YOUR CITY, STATE, OR COUNTRY.

5. You indemnify us

You agree to indemnify and hold Microgreens World LLC harmless from any claim, loss, fine, expense, or legal action arising from your use of the material or your breach of this license. If your use of the material creates a problem, that problem is yours, not ours.

6. All sales are final

Because this is a digital product you receive and keep the moment you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. The only exception is a defective file: one that will not open, is corrupted, or will not download. In that case we will first provide a working replacement, and will refund only if we cannot. Not liking, disagreeing with, or having no use for the content is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund. If we do issue a refund for a defective file, this license ends the moment the refund is made, and you must stop using the material and remove it from anywhere you have put it.

Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel or withdraw from a digital purchase, you give up that right when you ask for immediate access at checkout and acknowledge doing so, as the checkout requires.

7. If you break this license

If you break any term above, this license ends automatically and immediately. You lose every right granted here, you must stop using the material, and you must remove it from anywhere you have put it. We may require you to take down or destroy remaining copies.

8. Ownership

We keep all ownership and copyright in the material. This license grants permission to use it, nothing more.

9. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to that venue.

By checking the acceptance box and completing your purchase, you accept these terms.
