Ingredients
- 1 tray Broccoli microgreens
- 1/3 cup Tahini (sesame seed, lemon juice, salt, yogurt)
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 tbsp Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Cut and wash the microgreens.
- Mix the tahini, water, lemon juice, onion, salt, and pepper until smooth
- Add dressing to microgreens and serve!
